The Northland-Lyceum Neighborhood

The grid of tidy streets in Northland-Lyceum exudes the advantages and comforts of traditional neighborhood design. The iconic 1950s Donuts Delite diner, which operated for 47 years until its closing a couple of years back, exemplifies the vintage and character of this established neighborhood. 

Thankfully this structure is newly alive with another local, family restaurant business, Salvatore's. Many residents here have owned their homes here for decades, but open their arms to newcomers!
